I grew up playing in the rain. So maybe that explains part of it, but I love the rain.
I like to be in it. There’s nothing like hiking through the woods with a drizzly mist coming down between evergreen branches. Or, paddling a kayak through ripple forming drops, on the way to an isolated cove on an island. It makes me happy just to think about it. I know that most people think that’s weird though.
